Blue Diamond Webs, a Web Design Industry leader, is hiring sales professionals to enter into an agreement to perform high volume sales to customers searching for website publications and upgrades.
As a commision sales professional for Blue Diamond Webs you'll control your workflow by performing sales in the business community according to your availability.

Requirements:
•Must be willing to execute a Blue Diamond Webs "No Compete Agreement"
•Must be willing to execute a Blue Diamond Webs "Non Disclosure Agreement"
•Contacting customers within the business community who are searching for quality web development services.
•Representing Blue Diamond Webs in a courteous, professional manner offering quality services that meet the Blue Diamond Webs standards for performance and customer sentric focus.
•A Clear understanding of website design protocol and expectations while maintaining a standard that represents the Blue Diamond Webs concept of customer first service.
Pay Structure:
•50% commission of total project cost for projects less than $5,000 paid at contract signing
•20% commission of total project cost for projects in excess of $10,000 paid at contract signing
•10% commission on any site enhancements sold during the build process! (enhancements add to total project cost.)
•Bonuses may be offered of projects.
*Site enhancements are additional features for a site that were not sold to the customer at the point of sale. These items, such as flash, databases, galleries, etc. are items that help the customer's site stand out, but were either not discussed at the point of sale, or the customer had decided to wait to purchase the item until a later date.
